I am not against them(Americans) getting scholarships but i think they should be opened to all other citizens of different countries. its almost 20 times now, I have been receiving scholarship offers online and would qualify in most of the things stated but the fact that I aint an American citizen, i become unqualified and thats so painful since some of us are really in need of financial aids to finish our courses.

Well for starters, most of the places that give the scholarships are US sources who want to help the next generation of American students. Secondly, US tax law and international law make it complicated to give money to citizens of other countries. Finally, have you seen the cost of American tuition? It is far more than other countries and American students need the money more.

There are scholarships for people from other countries. You just need to do some research. Go to the college you are attending or plan to attend and ask them what you can do. I know there out there. I have seen students from other countries come to US just to study.
