Wheel crazy.. sounds like really crazy

Try to get a lot of signatures on a petition, including people who are important to the local government. Those people would usually own the biggest businesses in the small town. If there are kids in your school who have parents in the government ask them to sign on to. After you have a lot of signatures present them to the local government, and best if you have a plan. A good plan would be if you had a place that you know would be suitable, and volunteers to help clean it up and plant. If you could get a lawyer from the town to volunteer to help you, he can see if the right zone and what needs to be done. Get your friends together, see who knows who, and you'll get it done! Put up signs, speak to young parents who need a place for their kids, get everyone involved. Good luck.
