my friend there is 3 important things you should foucus to keep your body fit and brisk
1.a balanced diet..
2.regulare exercise
3.good mental helth.. i mean staying happy

1.A balanced diet
MY friend its very important you take balanced diet. Balanced diet means a diet which gives body all nutrition like vitamins protiens ect to the bodyes requirment.. So in order to stay healthy the first thing you have to see is that you take proper balanced diet..

2.Regulare exersise
Only taking a balanced diet is not enough to stay helthy and fit you have to do regular exercise like a 10 min of jogging every day will do great. Regular exersising not only help you to stay fit but also help you to keep your sugar level and cholostral level down and helps you to stay healthy

3.Good mental helth
Good mental health is the most important factor in staying helthy. Bodey and mind are closly related to each other, so in order to stay healthy you should keep your mind healthy.. many heath problems like dibatec stomach ulcers ect are related with mind research have shown that people who worries more are prone to get stomach ulcers. studyes have shown that people who live in an extream stress, thier blood sugar increases and the blood sugar comes down when they relax. so my friend its very important that you stay in good mental health always stay happy find time to relax and enjoy

Many people think that to get fit through just using your legs, you have to jog or run.

However this is not true, and for many it is more practical - and more savvy to actually walk.

The key is to walk at a quick pace that challenges you and gets your heart rate up. If you can do that, then you can get fit very effectively from brisk and quick walking.

In fact there is a big benefit to this method - it places much less stress on the body than jogging does, because the foot is coming down from much less height to the ground, reducing the impact on joints.

So for a lower impact free workout, choose a brisk walk over a bumpy jog!

Your question is interesting,but will you be able to follow the instructions and advice once you get it ?

Anyway , I am writing what is known to me and important forany one to follow to keep the body fit as a fiddle and brisk.
1)Balanced diet as per your body constitution and calorie requirements,based on suggestions from a dietitian.

In general you need to take vegetables and fruits liberally( about 3-5 servings a day) and less of protein ,fat and carbohydrates.

Avoid fried food and take less of meat and more of fish if you are a non-vegetarian..(food habit)

2) Depending upon the BMI(Body Mass Index), you need to take exercise for about an hour a day. Exercise to include some aerobics and brisk walking, depending upon age,health conditions etc
Physician's advice will be useful, before you take up exercise.

3) Life style modification to suit your health conditions and age.

4) Avoid stress

5) Avoid soking.

6) Avoid liquor or reduce intake of liquor.

7) Have regular food habits ,timing and bowel habits

8)Have sleep for eight hours a day.


9) take less of snacks in between meals.

10) Reduce intake of dairy products.

We can keep our body fit and brisk by doing yoga.
It helps a lot and is very good for our body.

Running and jogging also helps a lot.

Body will be fit only if the mind is fit. If you think that body is fit, your body is fit even if you are tired. So mental fitness is the first thing. Next comes diet and exercises. Do not think too much of health. That will sicken you. Meditation also helps in keeping you fit.

ultimate? hmm... breakfast : oatmeal, or a solid cereal (not the sugary variety) with skim milk upload in fruit in case you decide on. lunch: some lean meats like (hen breast, pork, pork) - not something fried or dipped in batter. upload in some fibrous vegetables or starchy ones like candy potatos. dinner: comparable element, choose for lean cuts of meat. consume your fibrous vegetables. only stay remote from sugar (sodas, candy, and so on.). Sugar = fat so stay remote from them in any respect expenditures.
