Well, here's an Idea. Why isn't one of the major causes of Global Warming being Addresssed ? In the USA all Gasoline powered Vehicles from ' 96 to the present are required by the EPA-OBD II Law to run at 14.7 Parts of Air to 1 Part of Fuel. Any change, even if Fuel Economy is improved, and Emissions are lowered, will result in a failed Vehicle Inspection ! See My Avatar ? That's a Photo of a Device I have constructed that safely converts Regular Pump Gasoline into what is, for all intents and purposes, Propane.100 Parts of Air to 1 Part of Fuel. It's lit on Fire to Prove it really works. Notice the Colors of the Flame, as compared to a Standard Blue Propane Flame, then Compare it to the Colors of the Flame of a Butane Lighter. A darker Flame means a much lower Temperature. To run an Engine with a Hot burning Fuel requires extensive modification. Not so with a richer, cooler Flame. The Point is this, even the largest SUV could get 50 + MPG, & Emit 10 X less Pollution, and it's illegal on any Vehicle 11 Years old, or newer ! Don't believe it ? Go to http://energy21.freeservers.com/bookrep.html Then, check out My 360 Page, and 'Blog. The "Experts" that Know-It-All will tell You this is all wrong. With an Open, Positive Mind, make Your own Intelligent Informed Decision.Engines run best on Vaporized, not Atomized Fuel ! Another Test is to run your Finger around the inside of an Exhaust Tail Pipe of most any Gasoline Powered Vehicle, and You'll get a Black Carbon Deposit. If the Vehicle is not using Oil, it's unburned Fuel ! Not so with a Propane Powered Vehicle. Now, ask Yourself why ?
