Ok well im driving home and all of a sudden a huge lifted truck pulls up in front of me at the stop sign comes out and trys to hit my car and cusses at me saying i have my high beams on. WHICH I DIDNT.. and hes all telling me he got my license plate and he is gonna call the cops and ****.. and im trying to drive away because he nearly almost kicked my car. Is the police going to come over to my house for something like that?? cuz of highbeams WHICH I DIDNT HAVE THEM on.

I really doubt the police would waste their time on a complaint like that. Besides, they couldn't do anything to you, no police officer witnessed you committing a ticketable offense.

Yes he can call the police because if you did have them on, that would be a public safety issue. Now since you are parked and in your home, the police did not see this occur, but they may ask you to turn your lights on and give you a warning if they are too bright. Don't worry about it.
