No pasta and noodles cannot substitute rice and rotis. The fibre content in pasta and noodles is far less than in rice and rotis. They also have much lesser nutritive value compared to rice and rotis. So you need to compensate for the fiber and nutrition loss.

Rice and Roti is prepared by our Mother and Sister. Pasta and Noodles are semi cooked food. If you will make Rice and Roti you will always remember to your Mother and Sister who care lot to us. But if you will make Pasta and Noodles you will not remember much as during Rice and Roti.
Pasta and Noodles favourite for European, American and Chinese. Rice and Roti is favourite for Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi or Srilankan.
