Hello. There's the Site called Spark People. I just joined the site. It's totally 100% free. You can join Weight Loss Groups that are in your same condition. Make yourself a Meal Plan. Keep an Online journal. You can do everything.

See the Harvard food pyramid and the Dash diet. I have lost 15 lbs. so far without much effort. It is not a diet but a better way to eat. You still have to exercise to keep your heart strong.
