I bought a dress today and I think it is very cute, but I don't know if it's okay to wear. It is short-sleeved and it covers my entire chest up to my collar bone, so the top part is fine. The thing that troubles me is that it cuts off exactly at the tops of my knees. Is this okay? Is a dress that's at the tops of the knees considered immodest or slutty? It's sort of like a "baby doll" style, so it is not tight at all. Tell me what you think!

I wouldn't wear this type of dress to church, but I think for other social settings it is fine.
I don't know what the dress looks like or what will look good with it, but you might consider a pair of tights if you are concerned over how much "leg" you are showing.
Women need to be very aware of their appearances because it can be a serious stumbling block for men. I'm really glad to hear you are thinking about these issues, great question!
