Do AA CA or NA help you or hurt you & Why?

I would say that AA has helped me indirectly cause I don't go, but my uncle does and he has gotten better (with lots of support from loved ones). So yeah, it helped my uncle and that in turn helps me. Sorry if that aint what you were looking for

Why don't you go to a few meetings and see what people there think? Don't take that the wrong way. I don't mean to imply that you have a problem. However, if you want to find out first hand,
then go to the source.
