My fiance and I have decided to just get married by the justice of the peace and take a great honeymoon but don't know how much it'll cost us to take this route.

You need to call the county offices to find out. Random strangers in Australia, India, Great Britain, and even Waukesha Wisconsin are going to be able to provide less helpful information than the actual people who know their policies, procedures and prices. But since you are asking random strangers how much it costs, then I will randomly guess $200.

Why don't you call the Shelby County courthouse and ASK them??!!
However much it is, it will be way less than having a big white wedding, so I say, good plan!
