I do not want any medical advise here. Just a personal answer on your longest lasting headache. And please explain what it was like in nature.

About 8 hours. Migraine. HORRIBLE. I could barely open my eyes or look into the light without making it worse. No medication could help.
The only thing that got rid of it was to sleep for 6 hours.

I get these headaches every now and then where it is really tight and sore pain at the base of my skull and sometimes it goes behind my eye. I usually break down and take a Tylenol or Advil and the pain goes away, but the next day when the medicine wears off I have a dull ache that lasts till about mid-day or evening.
I hate headaches :-/

I had a headache for 6 days because of a sinus invention. Sharp pain like an arrow going from the middle of my forehead to the back of my head, and a dull pain around the sides of my head.

Gah, my longest one was around 2~3 hours, it was horrible. I laid down with a glass of cold water next to me, I put an pack of ice on my head and popped painkillers. The aftereffect(woozyness) was just ugh.

normally i got headache whenever i got fever,i used to drink 100 plus n do some exercise 4 sweating.
