definetly, you will lose weight, but you prolly wont feel good try having some cottage cheese too it has a lot of protein in it, low fat of course.

Probably not. All fruit would give you too many carbs and too little protein. Fruit is definitely good for you, but still is only part of a balanced diet. I like to think of fruit as a healthy alternative to candy.
Try eating lean meats like turkey. Also mix in vegetables, whole grains, and snacks like almonds or yogurt. Go more for an improved look and try not concentrate on the scale as much.

if you're that desperate, enough to risk your health, you might as well go for pickles, which is what body builders do before competition. This results mainly in loss of water weight and some fat. Long term, though, this simple diet would lead to some more fat loss, followed by your muscle tissue wasting away(literally consuming itself) and you will then actually begin to GAIN fat! It's really safer to go with long term weight loss, not more than 1-2 lbs per week, by changes in diet and exercise patterns.

no any quick weight loss willh urt you in the long run and not help you -
cut the amount of FAT you eat, reduct the amount of SUGAR you eat, eat less meat/dairy - eat more Fruit, Veggies, Whole GRains, DRINK more water, Drink more Water , Drink more Water, EXercise more.
