If I were a race horse? I would probably be called somthing along this track:

The Racehorse That Wasn't

I've always thought that if I had a racehorse, I'd name it "Gypsy Gold."
I got this idea after reading about Kincsem, the Hungarian racemare who won 54 races without a defeat. Supposedly as a yearling, she was stolen by gypsies from her owner's estate. Her owner tracked her down and found her in the possession of a band of gypsies. Kincsem was a rather weedy-looking and plain filly, and her owner was puzzled why the gypsies had stolen her when there many better looking horses they could have taken. He asked the gypsies why they chose her.
Supposedly, one of the gypsies told him, "Gypsy gold doesn't glitter in the sun or jingle in the pocket. It shines in the daylight and whinnies in the dark. Of all the horses you have, this one will be the best."
So I think Gypsy Gold would be a good name for a racehorse.

If I was a filly/mare, I would be named "Dances With Angels". If I was a gelding/colt/stallion, I would be named "Terrors of the Skies".
