I have been using Rogaine for about 1 1/2 years now. Though it hasn't grown tons of hair, it has stopped my hair loss and I am growing some back. east indian women have long hair especially south indian women we used cocunut oil that why our hair is long. we also wash our hair with shikakai powder and we take regular henna treatments. shampoos and condtioners are bad and has to many chemicals they dont do anything for any one hair. if u do use a shampoo or a condtioner u should go to a natural organic store. always oil ur hair before u shampoo. hot oil massage ur scalp using cocunut oil for 5 min and leave it on for a few hrs.
