It all depends on what it is caused from. If you are arthritic, and I think maybe that is not the case here, it isn't going to go away. If it is from an injury, certain stretching exercises can be prescribed and monitored by a physical therapist. If it is just from being tired or from doing something that has caused fatigue...a good hot soak in the tub and an Aleve can help!...if you have someone who can give you a good backrub, that certaily will help too!

75% success rate - read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
I also use a chiropractor and massage therapist for those problems I cant get to because I have other problems added to what they cover.

I tried everything from chiropractors to heating pads to physical therapy and medication like robaxacet.

The only way I got relief was with Acupuncture. I don't know if my back is getting better or worse, but it deadened the pain to the point that I can't feel it.

If you determine the cause and then implement treatments to address those causes, yes, it is completely curable.
