I know you said you have zero dollars, but if you can come up with 25 or so you can go to a beauty supply store ( Sally's) and get the synthedic hair that comes in a weft. You can match your hair color up and since short on money get the hair glue it's $.79 cents, and any one at the beauty supply place can tell you how to put it in, its simple and you can take it out the next day or leave in for 2 days with synthedic hair I wouldnt have it stay in more than that. To take it out is simple too, Shampoo as usual, then apply LOTS OF CONDITIONER, and gently rub it over the glued in hair, and let it sit for 5 mins or so, shave your legs while in the shower or whatever then when you rinse out conditioner the hair should slide off, then just re shampoo to make sure all glue is out.

Have you ever tried a 3 barel waver? If you don't have one, then maybe you could barrow one from a friend, or you could put it up in a french twist, they look really elegent and are pretty easy to do. Good luck!

headband and leave it down naturally. Shampoo it with a shampoo that lifts (if u have one) otherwise, just bend down and comb the underside of ur hair toward the ground a couple times and then put the headband on it. after u put the headband on, then comb it for one stroke down the middle parallel to your neck.

Borrow clippers and buzz it all off. You'll be a sensation at the dance!

Check out your local hair dressing school.

They will do it for free and there's an instructor there to prevent errors.
