I have ran 3 difrent spywear programs and 2 diffrent viris scans search and distroy and avg
cyberdefender and the yahoo spy wear program still there help

1 Since you don't want to take a risk
Press Ctrl/Alt/Del what is the program ?.
2. Download WindowsAdvanceCareV2 personal
( free program) from www.iobit.com. and try.
a useful program even otherwise.
3.Also Ccleaner from www.ccleaner.com
Click issues after clearing your computer .
4. Full check up at www.pcpitstop.com.
including virus scan

What does it say about the infection? Is it telling you to install their own scan or something?

download avg free version.

its just an advertisement just defrag your com. and it should be fine!
