You cannot do anything to make yourself grow taller than your gene pool allows. If you are 13 and male; You will probably get a few inches taller...but not many. My husband is 5' 6," I am 5' 4, and our son is 5' 5".....5' 9" is average in the US for a male. I have never cared nor has it affected any of the short people in both our families. Why worry? You can't do a thing about it anyway...get good grades and go to college, get a great job..buy what you want...who cares anyway?

Well so far, you are taller than both parents. It is said that girls usually stop growing at 18 years old and boy usually stop at 21. It is different for everyone, no one can tell u how tall u will be.
It depends on genetics from your parents, grandparents etc.

Did u try asking your parents, at what age did they stop growing ?(if they remember)

Sorry but you probably will not get pass 6'0. There really is no way to grow taller other than just eat your vegetables and drink your milk.
