ok, I am stumped.. where can you get a degree? where do you want to take it? Do you have a degree already and want to take it somewhere? -

Thailand's premier university is Chulalongkorn University (http://www.chula.ac.th/cuweb_en/) - when I was living there, I met lots of folks from Canada, Australia, etc., that were doing degrees there. Compared to western unis, the price should be great. Other places offer international degrees as well, which means that all the offerings are in English, not in Thai.
You might have a look at www.ajarn.com, which is primarily a site for people interested in teaching in Thailand, but there are links and descriptions of study options there as well.

Do you mean where can you earn a degree? Unless you speak Thai you either have to attend one of foreign universities here or find one of the Thai universities that have programs in languages other than Thai, which many do. If you do speak Thai, then pretty much any university can accomodate you. Try entering "universities in Thailand," or "foreign universities in Thailand," into you browser and I'm sure you can find a fairly comprehensive list of institutions where you can study. Good luck!

There are many universities in Thailand, even spread out into the provinces. It will be best if you can check with the Thai Embassy on the courses offered by these universities and choose one that offer a course that you want. Or even a location that you like too.

i doubt that your smart enough to earn a degree, try Khao san Road, you can buy a degree.
