i want to puchase YouTube video but i dont know how

You can not purchase them, but you can download them. Simply download and install mozilla firefox (internet browser) if you dont already have it. Then search an add-on for firefox called GreaseMonkey. Then go to the youtube video (using firefox) you want and a red banner should be at the top of the screen that says 'save as' This weay you can download and save any video on youtube.
By the way, I recommend forefox as your primary browser over internet explorer because it is faster, more secure, and now you can download youtube!

you cant purchase a video, try contacting the user who posted the video and ask if you can have a copy of the video
