My partner and I had a spontaneous moment in a public park.
We were watched by a man while my g/f was bend over a park bench.
We noticed the man afterwards, however now I really look forward to being watched again

NOOOOO this is not wrong.... it sounds like a lot of fun...provided there aren't children around....they have long enough before they need to start seeing that stuff....hey, the guy probably enjoyed it as much as you did...into a little voyerism? :)

If public want to see what you two did in the park they can go rent a movie....
Suppose a child had seen you?

It's not wrong but it may be illegal. What you do with a consenting adult is between you two. If it's a crime in that location (public lewdness and/or trespassing) it will get you arrested and in the paper. Subsequently you'll be fired from your job (maybe).
Not wrong if you 2 agree to it and are legal age.

While it might be frowned upon by several passersby and the government, people have their personal turn ons, fetishes, etc. It's wrong because it's against the law, but if it's what spurs you, more power to you. Haha.
