you get softwares that can do it.
You goto settings>control panel
find Intel Integrated Graphics or some other thing that refers to graphics
then you many times have an option to invert the image.
Check it out
Or else, if your bro has installed some program to play a trick on you, Press Ctrl+Alt+Del and go to processes and select various process that you think is the trouble causer and click on "End Process". Don't worry about ending a required process because at the most, your computer might restart.

is it a desktop computer? if it is then what he probably did was mess with the buttons on the monitor. those buttons are for resizing and adjusting the screen. All you have to do is the menu button and find the one that is for the rotation and put it back to normal, that is all i can think of, i can't see another way he could've done this.

On the disktop right click, go to properties and see what you can do..
If that dosen't work out probably the solution is in the control pannel.
Or call some one who's job is to fix messed up computers.
