I had a bad combination of food today. Never again will that combination be put together! Anyway, does lemon and alot of water work? I know mint is for stomach aches. What else is there?

I want something natural. By tomorrow morning I don't want to have this problem. I already know about fruits and veggies.

Taking food enzymes at the beginning of meals (especially the gassy foods) can help. In most causes, these are all natural and are derived from food sources. Try Beano (supermarkets, drugstores and places like Walmart will have that in their otc section, probably around the stomach upset reliefe area. Bean-zyme is another, similar to Beano, but maybe not as commonly found. I've heard it works better. If the enzymes don't seem to be helping, it might help to take alittle more than the directions call for in order to find what works for you. If your dish had alot of dairy, maybe you're lactose intolerant. Try Lactaid pills.

Btw, I don't think healthy foods will stop gas, as someone else mentioned. I've been a vegan for a couple years now, most of what I eat is very healthy, and there is defintetly gas! But enzymes can really help.

dont eat fatty foods. eat healthy foods.. they produce odorless gas :]
