You can't claim her as a dependant because she isn't your dependant. You can't claim her kids because they are not your kids and you have not adopted them based on the info you gave. You can only claim a spouse if your married but your not because you called her your girlfriend not wife. Sucks to be you and you only get your own taxes back this year!

No....for multiple reasons.
1) They must live with you the entire year.
2) The kids must be your kids and not just her kids.
3) You "may" be able to claim her next year if her income is low enough, you live together all year, and your relationship does not violate local law.

Absolutely No. You are not married & the kids are not yours. It does not matter how much you support them. They are hers, only she can claim them. If you did claim them be ready for an audit.
