I had vomiting and diarrhea in May of last year where I couldn't even keep down Pedialyte popsicles and Jell-O. It eventually went away after five days. Also, my health insurance might have run out. Save me, Superman!!!1!!!

You are completely dehydrated. Take in a lot of fluids. Soup, broth, fresh fruit juice. Gargling with warm salty water or mouthwash can reduce the pain and inconvenience in your throat. You can find some good home remedies at http://ailments.in/sorethroat.html consult a doctor too.

You have a viral infection. Take Pedialyte, 1 to 2 glasses after every loose stool. Sip slowly, a few gulps at a time. Also take water, thin soup without much salt, fresh fruit juice without added sugar. Eat yoghurt, bananas, apples, rice and toast. For your throat, salt water gargles, green tea with lemon and thin soup will help.

6 occasions of diarrhea in two days is not much to cause alarm. Are you trying to eat or put food into your body? Keep away from milk products. It should be tea and toast. Crackers, ginger ale..etc. If you are truly alarmed, call a local clinic that can see you.
