It was a 5 year lease and I've only paid 18 months. I actually don't want it back. Should I cancel the insurance? What will happen next? I am in the process of filing bankruptcy. Please help me!

Talk to the bankruptcy provider your filling with, they will be able to give you the best advice.

If you still have a regular income, you may be able to enter into a debt agreement with your creditors, this only has a 5 (as opposed to 7) year life and doesn't look as bad on your credit file.

Your truck will likely be auctioned to discharge the lease, however if there is a short-fall on the sale of the truck and the remaining payments you may still have to pay a bit more.

Hell!

Ask your bankruptcy lawyer! Wha the hell are you paying him for if he can't answer simple questions like these?
