i have long dark brown/blackish hair and i want to have know how i can get that big hair look kind of like this one....

I have the same style and this is what I do to try and create this look. It's probably easier to style when it's not freshly washed, just dampen and apply and root-lift spray to the roots and a volumising mouse all over, throw your head upside down and blowdry while you are upside down until most of your hair is dry, then use a big round ceremic brush to brush forward the back sections to get that big boof. The just blow dry the rest straight, but lifting up sections of hair and holding them vertical while you blast the roots with the blowdryer, and hairspray into place. Hope this makes sense!!

roller set your hair with large rollers (if your hair is long) wet your hair down with a spray bottle, in the top area of your head, make sure you comb you hair foward, then roll backwards( make sure you keep a good grip on your hair and roller) then slide in a roller clip. do the same around the sides, just comb your hair out to the sides, the roll straight to the scalp. once dry, this should bring lots of body to your hair. use hairspray afterwards, but not the whole can lol. good luck.

What you need to do is start drying your hair at the roots first -- but not on top, underneath. Lift hair straight up and dry at the roots (and a little hairspray never killed anyone, either, or a volumizing product). This should help!

there are quite a number of techniques to operate volume. you should use root-boosting sprays. Blowdry your hair upside-down. Tease it (attempt a shine improving hairspray extremely!) Use gel. etc! desire this helps :]

buy a volumizing shampoo/conditioner or just get a volumizing product like "big sexy hair" use a round brush when blow drying and curl your hair with the brush as you are drying.
or
Use the volumizing product then put BIG curlers in your hair and let dry.

sebastians volume mousse works great! just put some at the root when its damp and blowdry on hot with a roundbrush while pulling up and away from head. dont undo your hair until its cooled or if you have a "cold shot" or cool setting on your blowdryer use it to 'set' the volume! hope it helpeddd!!!!!!!!
