Nope, leave them there unless you have other reasons to remove them.

There is no need to uninstall/reinstall your Adobe Acrobat PDF reader when you install Firefox, I installed Firefox myself, and had no problems,
The only thing that might cause problems is if you have an old/outdated version of the PDF reader.
