You can not remove a sun tan.
Why do you want to remove the tan for anyway, it is not dangerous and we all need sun to produce and absorb vitamins from the food we eat. Sun is only dangerous if you sun tan daily and for long periods of time.

purchase a vampire bat, let it bite your neck and your skin will be forever bleached, side effects include you'll become nocturnal, sleep upside down and begin to hate garlic
