I know that it has WAY to much sodium and that it's basically horrible for your body, but I really like it! How often could I eat it and not be trashing my body? I could cut out a lot of sodium for the rest of the day, I suppose... advice?

Allow all of the liquid to drain from each spoonful. That will cut way down on the sodium. I have Ramen noodles every day for an afternoon snack

My Daughter is a Ramen Freak, so I went to our Chinese Grocery and bought the plain noodles. I then went to a health store and bought a spice based salt replacement. Then on to the grocery and then I used the bony and fatty cuts out of several roasts and steaks to make beef stock. She missed the salt anyway, so I tasted it and added about an eighth of a teaspoon of salt.

I no it's a lot of trouble, but she can eat as much noodles as she wants because there are no labels full of chemicals for me to read and shudder.

I drain the majority of liquid after cooking. I leave just enough so that the noodles aren't dry. I don't know what I'd do without Ramen. HA!

drain the noodles and add margarine to it, only put half of the packet in and drink a glass full of water with it

When I used to eat it, I didn't put the whole package of flavoring in my noodles.
