Science says there is no doubt! The bible says NOTHING about! If science is correct would Christianity become Christinaology "like mythology or religous history"

Well, there have been other areas in which science and the Bible conflicted.

I believe there have to be aliens. We've seen other yellow stars like our sun, with what look like planets around them. I bet some of them could also support life. It seems foolish to me to think ours is the only one.

That said, I guess we'll all really find out if we see some aliens, huh?

What science says this? Did I miss that day at school? Either way, no, I don't buy into aliens. They only seem to stop at trailer parks and I don't believe any being would want to probe people in such an instrusive way for no real reason. Well, some would I suppose but that's a different subject.

Yes, the Christians say there are no aliens, but when these aliens land on our planet the Christians will say, "they are a creation of God" and make up some reason why they are here.
The universe is so freakin' large it would be really really strange if there weren't other life forms. And I'm betting there are some more intelligent that us.

Yes I do, even if other people discriminate me. Why shouldn't there be aliens? Right, there might not be water or air on other planets, but who said that aliens, or the other living creatures on other planets, need air or water to survive? Sure, humans need air and water, but that doesn't mean aliens do.

Plus, why should Earth be the only planet with living organisms? Also, I've read in a reference book (reference, not fiction) that many people, mostly women, have been kidnapped by aliens, but then later on sent back to Earth. Many people swore that they saw aliens. I've read that when they are sent back to Earth, they forget everything, but when professors and doctors use hypnosis on them, they seem to remember how aliens brought them to their spaceships and gave them a tour, then stripped them naked to give them a checkup (for some reason I do not know of), then send them back to Earth.

Many spaceship sightings have been seen too. Weird "saucers" shining with light, sometimes visible, sometimes not, of all shapes.

Many people might not believe in aliens and what I said (or, accurately, what the book said) about aliens. But I do, and so there!

Science does NOT say there is no doubt.

Science says we have evidence strong enough to think the chances are high, but not strong enough to say certainly.

Until they show up, science says neither yes nor no.

HappyKid: HUH?! Care to cite your sources on THAT one? That'd be the biggest news the world had ever received, why have I never heard of it?

The jury is even now still out on the micro'fossils' on the martian rock because there are other explanations for the observed features, nor can the possibility of contaimination be ruled out entirely.

I think in a Universe as large as our's is, there is almost certainly life in other areas. Do I think the odds are that we'll ever find it? No. The distances involved are so great as to make it very unlikely. Life that exists else where might be totally outside of any construct that we know about.

I don't think there are grey people who look vaguely humanoid and have some weird butt fetish.

When you look at how vast the universe is and how many planets there must be, I can safely say that the odds that there is intelligent life out there somewhere is pretty much 100%. Will we ever contact this life? Probably not. It's most likely too far away.

I do not exclude the possibility of their existence simply because I believe in Christ.
Aliens can be anything from a single cell on up. It would be very hard for me to believe that we live in such are large universe where there is no life forms outside of the earth.

The Vedas tell all the different species of human life which are in all the different planetary systems. But they don't look anything like the aliens that you see on TV or magazines. They are celestial beings. Their are lower planets but they only come here to take the sinful souls to hell for their bad karma. (no one goes their eternally though) go to harekrishnatemple.c for all details on the different planetary systems and who occupies the planets.

Well, the bible may not mention "aliens" but it does not refute the possibility of life elsewhere.

Anyway, why would it? The scriptures contain knowledge relevant to our salvation. It wouldn't make sense for it to be a catchall for secular subjects.
