Instead of depriving totally treat yourself with one per week.,One slice of cake or pie(pie is lower in fat than cake)one bowl of ice cream and so on. Gradually I also learned that I can eat a small portion of sweet and stop but do not have much in the house either. I do always have raisins, eat one at a time and no more that a large handful-1/2cup, apples-are great, sweet and juicy esp the mcintosh and the Golden,Pickles esp Kosher Dill-not sweet but sometimes will satisfy craving,walnuts-very good for good fat but no mor than a small handful for high in good fat calories but then fat calories also satisfy-nuts decrease the bad cholesterol,apricots-5-6 only satisfy sweet and high in potassium, strawberries or any of the berries in season-sweet and very very healthy for protect against diseases like Cancers, also fruit juices with NO ADDED SUGAR-a cup full also satisfies sugar urge and healthy,Can also drink coffee even 6-7 cups a day ok but since caffeine no late eve if caffeine keeps you awake-coffee is actually good for you protects against alzheimers, tea is also good esp green tea-protcts against diseases, WATER-for any successful wight loss 7-8 glasses per day and also fills,Seeds-sunflower,pumpkin etc but again esp sunflower has H.fat so do not go crazy-instead of eating out o the bag like I used to and before I knew it had gone overboard so learned to put seeds in cup like 1/4 to 1/2cup but no more and instead of handfulls into the mouth also concentrated on eating one seed at a time well maybe sometimes 2 but this keeps from overdoing it.Also to help with amount of food and portion contol used Smaller PLates which hold less food but the plate looks food-retraining the Brain. In the evening only Ok and actually also Healthy SIP a Glass of RED Wine,Sweet Red Wine and if yiu go to a liquor store that has a good wine section-even Kroger has a good wine selection-ask for the Wine Mngr- ask for a sweet wine for will satisfy the initial seaet craving and if you sip and SAVOR will satisfy also will RELAX You and you'll find not craving anymore. Also important that you cut to 0 or way down on white sugar-use Stevita no calories comes from plant can find any health food store and can also cook with it and very sweet has no aftertaste like substitutes,Kroger also has sugar free bread-can't tell but if you cut out sugar it will amaze you how you will faster lose weight and how many products you can find that either has 0 or no added sugar.

The number one thing I would say is on occasion, treat yourself to a sweet, as long as you eat it in moderatoin. Judging by your devotion to losing weight, the healthy food choices you make on a daily basis have become HABITS--ingrained in your system and easy for you to follow--therefore, taking a few "mulligans" will not overwhelm you.
If you are looking for healthy snacks, I would suggest starting with fruit. Fat free yogurt, in lime, or lemon, or whatever you prefer, is a great snack: it's tasty, and even has some protein. Another great snack would be to make a smoothie, just taking milk, and a combination of a few fruits, and drinking a cup of that. Strawberry-banana, in my experience, is excellent.
When you want something to truly satisfy your sweet tooth, settle for "less-harmful" sweets, such as those "100-calorie" Oreo packs that are sold everywhere now.
Finally, I find that chewing gum, sugar-free or w/sugar, will often satisfy any desire for a sweet snack, and keep your mouth occupied for a long time.

Congratulations that is a big accomplishment.
One of my favorite things is sugar free pudding. I am on the atkins diet so I mix with cream. You can make it with low fat milk though.
I also will eat a handful of almonds to take the edge off my hunger.
Raspberries with artifical sweetener are great with either cream (atkins) or low fat milk (weight watchers).
They do have sugar free candy, however don't eat too much of it or you'll get the runs...
Maybe substitute one meal for a nice chocolate protein shake.
I wish you well.

Go the this site on the web, "Fitday", and enter everything you eat on their food guide and you will be able to count every calorie, fat gram, amount of protein eaten, and the number of carbs. Try to keep the fat content below 20% the Carb count near 55% and the protein near 30%. Try to eat five small meals a day to include at least 3 fruits. If you keep to this plan and control the calorie intake at what you say you are doing, you will lose weight.

A very good alternative I have to sweets is Sharon fruit (sometimes called sweet persimmon) It is very very sweet and juicy when ripe, really satisfying for someone with a sweet tooth.
