Do you feel that God exists...for this planet. That other planets could have their own God? That there could be many God's and they are like blackholes in space...not aware of the other Gods around them.

Or is there actually only one God that God knows about? What do you believe? Let say that there are many Gods, but all part of the one true God...like our cells in our body are many but make up one...can this be how God actually is...what do you think?

The beginning of Genesis certainly seems to imply the early Jews were polytheistic.

I believe that God exists and there is no other god beside him, for all other gods are false and ploys of Satan. The people of true faith in God will have eternal life and people do not will perish. The conceptions of the many gods, or a pantheon of gods is man's twisting and manipulating of his own understanding of God. Man has over time developed his own names for God, for example I could call God several names but in essence He is only one: as in Harmonious Life, Perfect Life, Our Emperor. The gods hide deeper spiritial truths or are just man made, or they are created based on human nature. Which to be honest the human nature is something that displeases God. With the trinity I prefer for believers to be united in faith- so I would say 'God the Farther, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit', where as God is the creator, God is the lamb and God is the spirit (the spirit is God).

I think there are Many Gods that make up one God because 1+1+1+1+1+1+1+(etc.) = 1. Makes perfect sense to me.

1 Kings 18:1-46
This will answer to your question. There is no other Gods, except who says, "I am who I am..." Idolatry becomes the biggest threat to both Hebrew nations. Queen Jezebel, of Israel, sponsors an association of 850 prophets devoted to canaanite gods. Prophet Elijah, however, challenges the association to a contest. The god who sends from from heaven to light a sacrificial altar will be the god of Israel. The Lord wins, and the false prophets are executed. This is what is claimed in the bible. One God only!

Could there be many Gods that make up one God? No, each is a separate individual. They are like humans, not cells.

Didn't the Native Americans have more than one god, sun god, wind etc. until someone came along and said they were heathens and taught them otherwise. Just another example of forcing beliefs on others.

Yes, I believe, like the Hindus, Pagans, and Christians (who do this through the Trinity) that there can be many faces of one God.

there is no god you ******* moron
do you realize what you say when you say god...it's totally in left field..you wanna know the truth for real about death..alright well hold on...
listen there's 11 dimensions. we only know of four...that is, at present, we are only "experiencing" four. now you could consider that we've gotten a little taste for the next dimention when you consider sleep and drugs. while taking part in both of these activities there at times comes a point where time and space are NOT limited. no scarcity! now when do you suppose we'll ever find out about this next dimention, this fifth dimention, well, think about it, when will we asend into a new world...at death

I am a Christian and I hear what you are saying! I have thought the same thing myself. Maybe we need not even be concerned about this possible exponential aspect that you address - however, it is interesting and I think very possible.

there is only ONE God. there is the Trinity-God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, but they are all one, the same. They aren't different Gods that make up one, they just are one.
