Dump Internet Explorer and get FIREFOX... then install AdBlock with FilterSet G. This knocks out a ton of ads and then gives you the option of right clicking and blocking ones that it doesn't automatically block.

I agree, get firefox, but also try adaware SE personal (free version works just as good) adaware.com!
