Since the initial invasion of the coalition forces into Iraq, I haven't really heard anything of the Kurds and their position on the current conflicts occuring there. We always hear about the Sunni and Shiite, but nothing on the Kurds. I would prefer answers from those that actually know. Thanks to those who serve in our armed forces, your job it tough and I give you praise and admiration for everything you do for us.

They are fairly stable, thus, no news because there's nothing for the media to complain about. They became for the most part autonomous in the North, and they plan to keep it that way.

The turks are awaiting our withdrawal so they can invade Northern Iraq and crush the Kurds.

Think back for a moment. Wasn't Don Rumsfeld the middle-man between Saddam and the acquistion of Sarin Gas which he used against the Kurds?

The kurds are fighting against Iran for the moutain areas that border Iraq.

as long as foreign forces is still in Iraq,they should be safe. Later when all forces redraw ,i believe the two others races will attack the kurds again.
