Yes,
Your not alone. I suffer with it too.
I dont know wat to tell you since I have the same problem,
but I wanted you to know that your not alone.
I have tried different drugs...but eventually get side effects from them and stop taking them.
I do ok for a while and then it comes back.
You should try a dr. that can prescribe something for you..
alot of people have better luck with prescription meds for depression it may make a world of difference for you.
It has helped me in the past, like i said i just cant stick with one for very long.
please call someone tomorrow.

First you need to know that depression is widespread and help is available. Go see your family doctor and although medication will Not Magically transform your life it will ,can take away some of the sadness and by not feeling so sad all the time you yourself will think, be abke to think more positive. Also the family doctor or any MD whio can initially prescribe helping medication can also find and recommend a well qualified Psychiatrist-I syay Psychiatrist instead of Psychologist for both qualified to do therapy and once you feel comfortable group therapy-people like you for support and also help each other(made a very good friend)only a Psychiatrist is also a MD and can write prescriptions. Also pray for the Holy Spirit to help you--its what helps me now-my faith more than anything and knowing that thi life temporary and a beautiful eternity awaits. But first make that appt and get some medicine for no need to be so sad when there is help available.Important you also seae Psychiatrist for therapy helps you recognize why sad and since you alrady see it can cripple life made the first start-recognizing it, find ways to cope with life and turn it around in the future, not letting past drag you down for over with-You decide future and what you do not want cluttering up your life. Depression often is also due to chemical imalance-not enough of the feel good hormones which effort and positive thinking cannot correct so need Medicine to even the brain chemicals out. then once that doine with Meds at least have the chance to think better. Wish you lots of luck ,Luvie.

I do and i talked to my dr. yesterday and she said that it was PMS for me...not good news for my fiance but at least i know now. I have found that i have to stay occupied. And in the sun a lot. I know that most of my depression and worry is the winter where there is little sunlight so i go to the tanning bed. anything is better then nothing. Try adding some exercise into your daily routine. Even walking for 15-30 mins. will help. Exercising releases endorphines and help keep the brain chemicals stabilized. Find a hobby. I preferred to find one that kept me outside like riding my bike or walking to the mailbox instead of driving. Whatever you can do to keep your mind off of thinking about these things can be helpful. Maybe you can see if you are the next Picasso. Night time is going to be the worst, though, because you will have to time to run over things from the day and whats coming up, in you head. But if you can tire yourself out during the day then you will sleep better and fall asleep faster. From my own personal experience you will have good days and bad days. If it gets too overwhelming then i would suggest talking to someone. I am trying to stay away from the medicinal approach and going to see my college counseling center. I hope things work out for you...Force yourself to be positive.

What you are describing immediately sounds like a symptom of clinical depression. I would reccomend talking to your doctor (they have a test you can take to determine possible causes), and then go from there. A psychologist or psychiatrist visit may be involved as well. It is possible that a change of daily routines will help, but also possible that medication could be your best option. It takes a lot more information to be able to tell though.

As far as anyone else feeling badly about themselves and feeling alone, millions go through it everyday, however, unlike yourself, many do nothing about it. Definately talk to your doctor as soon as you can, and remember that help is always out there.

There is a cure.

But it could cause side effects,

Runny nose,itchy eyes,dry mouth,dry skin.lose of thought,stiff joints,lock jaw,lose of hair,skin rash,bloody nose,diarrhea,stuttering,blindness,heart burn,non-stop laughing

Actually I'm just joking. But I would suggest going out and finding some stand up comedy acts.Maybe go see a play,Go see a band.Treat yourself to a movie ,you deserve it.go to a casino,
Find ways to entertain yourself.
I found when I was alone that working out helped.Get a membership
I also met people who where so depressed that it was effecting me so I had to stay away from them.
The reason why I mention this is because you should try not to show that you're sad.The way you do that is think of positive things.Think of complements to someone.
Ask people what they do to make it so their life isn't so gloomy.

well first of all i think at one point in our life we have felt the same.. but whatever the situation is you need to surround your self with positive thinking people it dosent make the proplem that your going threw any better when you are around people that feel the same as you. try to talk to somebody about the situation, someone you are close too. keep your self busy and focus on something that you love doing! life is not going to be easy all the time!
