I have a lot of it and I'm out of shampoo. Will anything bad happen to me?

You may very well be able to, but I don't know why you'd want to. Blood does have some acidic properties that would most likely get rid of any "dirt" or oils in your hair, but you'd probably smell all weird afterwards.

then use just conditioner or don't take a shower today and buy shampoo tomorrow and then take a shower

first of all where and who are you getting the blood from?
do you have a plan.... or is it gonna be your blood because if it is you will never know if something went bad.....

well if its your blood..then you might die because its supposed to be inside your body...if its not yours then you might be coined a lunatic..having said that it would be safe if your a redhead and have iron defficient hair. good luck with that.
