2 TBSP cocoa. 3 TBSP sugar, a dash of salt, a couple of drops of vanilla (or bourbon vanilla if you're me) and 1 CUP of milk. Mix the dry ingredients well in a mug. Add the vanilla and a splash of the milk and stir. Add the rest of the milk and microwave on high for 2 minutes.Stir and enjoy.

I'm not giving you a recipe, but a great place to go for any recipe is allrecipies.com. They have recipies for everything, and they've usually been rated by many people, and have comments by several people, too. That way, you can know you're getting something really good (or at least something a lot of people love).

Try Alton Brown's recipe for hot chocolate/fudge pops. If you put it in molds and freeze it you have fudge pops, but if you drink it while its still hot it is absolutely amazing.

be forewarned: even the most dire chocoholic will have trouble finishing a large mug of this stuff. It is best in tea cups.

I like Mexican hot chocolate! You can make it from scratch or buy the readymade. If you dare, try it with a pinch of chili powder!
