Try putting a curling product (mouse, spray, etc) through out your damp hair followed by a curl hairspray. Then use a blow dryer that has a diffuser attatchment. While your head is upside down scrunch your hair into the diffuser and move the blow dryer up and down a couple of times on each section of hair untill hair is dry. A lot of brands make blow dryers that comes with a diffuser attatchments now. Hope it works.

OKAY..this may sound nuts but it really works. EGG WHITES!!! yes that's right. crack an egg or two* and beat it with an egg beater until it is white and foamy (like mouse) then put it in your hair and scrunch while you diffuse (diffuser is kind of important but you may be able to do it with a regular blower on low?)
Trust me this will work :)
*make sure you take the yolk out, unless you want some yellow tint to your hair!

You can only scrunch up curls - I dont think any hair product will do the trick.I think you have to perm your hair. Did you want to set it or use curling iron after you apply mousse and wet your hair?
Thats too much trouble. Better have permanent curls for a few months.

If you have very straight hair you will not be able to scrunch it up. You need to at least have some wave in your hair to achieve that look. Sorry.

have you tried braiding it in small sections when damp? Then let it dry overnight. Brush out in the morning.
Or use small size Caruso electric hair rollers. they work great.

if your hair is straight while it's wet, you probably can't scrunch it.
otherwise, try sprunch spray from aussie, it smells crappy but it works.
