you can't get rid of them completely. you can put on plenty of lotion to keep them moisturized and over time, the parts that are really light get darker and blend in a little more. but they'll always be there, just less noticable

Use Vitamin E cream. You can get it at Walmart, Target, K-mart or any chain drugstore. Very cheap. The marks may not totally vanish, but the cream will lighten up the marks tremendously. Rub on several times a day. It is not a fast process, but you will see a difference in the months ahead. My husband used it on some huge scars on his legs from an auto accident were the bones came through the skin. His scars were dark purple after the skin healed. The scars are now the same color as his natural skin. It seemed to quicken the process when he got some sun on his legs with the cream.

Use a scar removing type lotion. I bought some called scar zone it is the off brand of Madrema. It's really good. Also a firming type lotion will help. I had really deep streatch marks on my stomach from pregnancy and had the ones that you have from growth spurts... =/
I used scar zone and it works really good and you have to keep using it until the streatch mark is the way you want it to appear. Also you can tan too..That helped with covering the ones on my "love handles" lol.

Vitamin E. You can buy vitamin E in oil form, or there are moisturizers and creams designed to reduce and eliminate stretch marks that are high in vitamin E. Vitamin E oil can be found in your local pharmacy, usually with the other vitamins, and the moisturizers and creams are usually with other moisturizers and in first aid. Most references suggest applying vitamin E oil after a shower.
Applying vitamin E softens the tissue and allows it to heal. Although it takes time, the stretch marks will eventually go away.

Laser Removal of Scars and Stretch Marks
Dr. Chernoff has done extensive research on the latest laser technology and has formulated a treatment plan that he now teaches to physicians worldwide. Utilizing a specific combination of laser therapy, Dr. Chernoff treats stretch marks at various ages of maturity in an effort to soften or blend the stretch marks. It is very common to be able to reduce the appearance of a stretch mark to make it such that it is barely visible from conversational distance. Many of the lasers are utilized to stimulate the capillary blood flow of the stretch mark or cells called fibroblasts, which create the body's own collagen. This causes new collagen to be produced under the stretch mark or scar until it more closely resembles surrounding normal skin.
This treatment is performed without an anesthetic. Patients describe a sensation similar to a bacon grease splattered at them. Some patients feel a slight tingling with the laser pulses or as if they were being snapped with a rubber band. Immediately after treatment patients see a range of either bruising, raised red areas, to some areas of small blood blisters. Healing time immediately after a treatment for stretch marks ranges anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. The rebuilding process of new collagen typically requires six weeks after each treatment. This is why treatments are typically spaced six weeks apart.
Results vary from patient to patient and may not be immediate. Results from laser, scar and stretch mark therapy are generally progressive and may require multiple treatments. 60 to 75 percent of patients receiving laser therapy for stretch marks notice a marked improvement. Newer and shallower stretch marks and scars respond better than older and deeper scars and stretch marks. Dr. Chernoff has, however, developed a treatment regimen for older scars and stretch marks as well as deeper scars. To enhance the results of laser therapy, your surgeon may recommend the utilization of various creams, such as Retin-A or Glycoholic acid cream prior to and during your laser therapy.
The skin in the immediate area of treatment may be red for several weeks to months. There may be some temporary darkening of the skin or permanent lightening of the skin in the area of treatment.
The ability to soften scars and stretch marks has been a valuable addition to the armamentarium of treatments that laser surgeons have to improve self-esteem.

you can only get rid of stretch marks if they were really recent and still red. in that case you should use cocoa-butter and vitamin E. if its old (white and have turned into scar-tissues), you can make it less visible by using cocoa-butter. and if you are in the process of gaining or losing weight (stretch marks happens because the skin doesn't grow as fast as the size change), always keep your skin super hydrated.

You can't really remove or "get rid of" stretch marks, but you can diminish them by using Utterly Smooth Cream lotion.

Regular old lotion. Every day. It won't take the marks away, but it will soften them.
