1oC + 2oC = 3oC
if 1oC=274K
and 2oC=275K

274K+275K=549K
and when 3oC is only 276K, 549K is 276oC.

this is so weird!!

you cannot convert this problem like that. 1oC not = 274k.

instead

degrees celsius = kelvin - 273.15

if you do it your way, you're "double" adding.

you cannot add temperature like that!

you come across temperature aritmetic when two substances having different temperatures come in contact with one another.
Hence if one substance was having a temp of 1oC and another 3oC, they would attain equilibrium at 2oc not 4oC!
This is because when a hot body comes in contact with a cold body, the hot body tends to become cooler and the cooler body tends to become warmer till they attain a common equilibrium temperature.

In substitution such as you have done, a quantity can be substituted for its equal.

However 1C is NOT EQUAL 274 K It however has a Kelvin value of 274 Likewise for the rest of your C conversion.
