Strange as it sounds (no supporting evidence) the same thing that one of the heart surgeons in CA recommends to his patients is prenatal vitamins. My logic is that, if his logic is that "it is what we need to grow it is what we need in general" is true then it should help most things.

Since there will be pain with the disease - READ a book that will help - The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. It deals with muscles, pain and referred pain and how to help you get rid of it yourself.

Nothing, unless it is secondary to anemia or leukemia. You may be developing a kyphosis as well. Go to the Dr and get a prescription for Fosamax. It is good stuff.
