There are a lot of micro jobs in Hospitals throughout the world but there is no guarantee that there is a job for you in Australia. I would look more seriously into that possibility prior to going all the way to Australia!!!
However, If one wants something bad enough and one works at getting a job you will be successful especially in your case with the educational background for that job.
