im scared to ask but if he smiles at u aloat does that mean he likes u and one more thing if a boy u ased to dance at hallowerrn said yes to me and no to another girl does that mean he likes me? but will someone tell me how to ask a boy to dance in a note and how to kiss and how to tell if a boy likes u

Sounds like he likes you! If he's smiling at you and if he talks to you or you catch him looking at you it's a good sign! It can be very difficult to ask a boy to go to a dance but if he went to one with you already then you're half way there! If you really want to write him a note just keep it simple, sometimes boys get scared by a big serious letter, keep it light-hearted and casual. Don't worry, he'll probably say yes! i think he likes you. and if you already went to a dance with him then you should ask him to the dance in person not by a note. it shows that you are confident and that you can talk to a guy about something likie that and not be shy!
