well hun i know it sounds mean. but why date a guy online? i think your better off without him anyways. boys love to play with girls minds. so i think you should just keep him as a friend than a nuttin.

I have been though this to I met a guy online two years ago alot of famliy problems and after three months out of nowhere he dumped me. I was so bummed out I asked everyone why he did that to me! I still wonder why to this day. I have been talking to him lately just as friends . So the other day I asked him why he dumped me. He told me that things were going on with his family and he didn't want me to know how upset he was! It may be something else but it be about the same with you! I hoped this helps. Online dating is tough. Since there isn't any physical or face to face interaction, staying together in a relationship is very hard. If he can just drop you like that, then you probably aren't the first or the last. Just say good riddance and move on to the next guy.

It must be hard for him, having real life problems, and not having someone online to talk to him all the time or someone there in real life for him would be really hard.
Why not stop asking what YOU have done...and maybe ask how he is. I know it sucks but he has said he only wants to be friends so dont pursue anything further, just be there for him :) If its meant to be it will happen hun!!

He may just have realized an internet relationship was not what he wanted, or he may have realized he just wanted someone to talk to regardless of relationship status.
On the other hand, if he's got a rough home situation, he may not feel ready to be in a relationship right now.

he might have found a girl that lives near him and he can see her like in person and not just over the Internet... now tell me if you were him would you rather date a great guy just over the Internet or a great guy that you actually see in person. yeah i would choose the guy i see in person. we all would!
