yes, with water, but it comes off in a week or so. sharpie works pretty good.
Tattoos are permanent because basically the ink is injected into the 2nd layer of the dermis, and then stays there. its got to go under your skin somehow. you could always do the japanese/samoan method which uses a sharp stick instead. Otherwise needles are compulsory if you want a real tattoo not a stick on or sharpie. sorry.

Only henna, but it's defenatly not permanant.
If your afraid of needles....I have friends that are afraid of needles but have no problem with getting tattoos. They don't go deep into the skin, only the first few layers. It's not bad at all.
Of course I'm just not afraid of needles unless they are in the mouth. But I did get my tongue peirced once and it wasn't as painful as I thought it would be.
FACE YOUR FEARS TO CONQUIRE THEM!!!!!

Yes, there is someone in Australia,
doing exactly that right now.
Look it up under..Tattoos without needles.
If you are afraid of needles, you can always
get an old world tat, using bamboo....or the
African way using a large thorn.

Hi,
As long as you get a tattooo without the use of needles it's a temporary one. Then you have to be careful of where you are going to get your tatto done, cause some people can use dirty needles and also there are nonprofessional people who do tattoos without a license and stuff.
