try rubbing alcohol. That worked for my friend. it depends on what type of dye you use too! Also, as a tip: next time you dye put conditioner all around your hairline, it will keep this from hapening but it did break me out a little. I would rather have one zit than a ring of black around my head.

Use toothpaste and it should help you get it off.

oooo i do that all the time! use peroxide! it works. trust me. or shampoo does too.

try vinegar, or baby oil
