Then today when i was walking home he called me and asked why i didn't talk to him at school and i told him that i didn't think he would want to talk to the ugly girl and he told me that he never said that and now his friend is saying that he was just joking when he said that it was true. so who should i believe, my best friend or my crush and his bf

It sounds like hes not the problem. If he did or did not say your ugly then why has it got you so down. You have to believe in yourself. Your a beautiful person, and there's more to love and life that just looks. You have way more to offer anyone that comes into your life. Let it go, and be happy.

One of your BEST friends told you you were ugly? Sounds like a bit of jealousy to me. If this guy likes you and wants to hang around with you, enjoy it. Don't listen to what others say, it is really all about the feelings between you and the guy you have a crush on.

I had a similar situation in junior high school. I was crazy about this girl. We started dating, but for some weird reason she kept breaking up with me because she wasn't allowed to date and she would say stuff like her parents found out and so on and so fourth. But I always seemed to win her back. Finally we broke up for real. I then came to find out years later that my best friend was going up to her and telling her lies about me. For example, stuff like I was cheating on her, flirting and kissing other girls when I totally wasn't. Because my best friend also liked her and he thought if he couldn't have her than I couldn't have her. Sometimes people can be cruel and spread lies. I would think that the guy would be telling you the truth. Your friend could be just jealous and is acting like a typical immature little girl. Don't worry you'll make it through this.

His b/f has his back. he told the true at first untill he knew his friend didn't want to tell you that. now his story changes to what his boy wants him to say. Why would one of your best friends lie to you and say something that would delibertly hurt you if it were not true. If you are already questioning his integrity then it is best you move on now and don't get any feelings caught up in him

you can never tell... to the guys it could all just be a big joke. why not all go out as a mob and see how he acts towards you? if he wants to sit with you and talk to you it could just mean your friend is jealous and lying to keep you out of the picture. how does she act around him? flirty? just check what shes feeling before you trust ehr. friends can stab you in the back harder than you thought...

You can also take things slow with this guy. Why would two people tell you the same thing? That's weird.

Fact from fiction, truth from diction. We can accept whatever lie we want or ignore any truth. If you want to believe him. Then do. A lie can be sustained only so long. People slip. They can't remember what they said to whom, and when. So, if you want to be with him, you give him some rope to climb or hang his own self. Or, you can believe what you heard and always wonder "what if?".
