You like him because he probably has an awesome personality. And yeah that sounds like a bunch of BS, but it's the truth. Have you ever met someone and for no good reason, you just didn't like them? Then after getting to know them better, you want to hang out more because you just have fun when they are around, that's the same thing that goes for this guy that you like but don't find attractive. If he is really a great guy with a stellar personality, then you will find yourself becoming attracted to him. Things about him that you wouldn't dare want in a mate may become the things that draw you to him the most. I'm not sure what your religious beliefs are, but it's kinda like the saying "Only God knows what's best for you". Yeah you may THINK you know what kind of man you want, but when you go for him, something always happens...he's a total jerk or has a girlfriend (which means he's a total jerk!).But then someone comes along and you think is SOOOO not right for you, and it turns out he fits you the best! Don't look at the physical all the time. Someone's emotional and mental state are all you need to make you happy. The physical stuff is just an incentive!

There are lots of things about some guys that wouyld be more likable than just a physical attraction. I have found a lot of girls/women who are not beautiful on the outside but are absolutely wonderful on the inside. That's what makes the difference...

Haven't you heard that love is blind?
Some people exude sex appeal, or charisma, and are just great to be around / with.
Sometimes these people aren't realy attractive, but their charisma is so great that you just dont care.
i think the best relationships start through this sort of attraction, because the physical changes eventually anyway, but if you find someone groovy that tickles your inner bits, that will never change

You like him because he's funny? caring? sweet? sensitive? intelligent? There are lots of other reasons other than appearance to like someone. Someone may not be what you call attractive at first glance but once you get to know them and develop feelings for them they become more attractive each day. Has this never happened to you before?

maybe you like his personality, the way he is, the things he does, the way he talks. there are a million reasons why... or not a million but at least ten.. or 5... 4? 3 .. 1? lol. probably the personality.

You can't help who you are attracted to. You are probably more attracted to his personality than his looks. Anyway, he can't help it how he looks.
