I'm very thin from the waist up, but it feels like the bottom half doesn't match the rest of my body. It's like too different people. I know I don't want to loose all the "fullness," just a little bit of it.

Spin, try a cycling class it does wonders. Also, yoga try those and see how it works. Spin is excellent though.

Jump rope, it's cheap and burns a LOT of calories.
